Yesterday, a neighbor posted an article from NPR on her Facebook page: How Dark Chocolate, Not Milk Chocolate, May Help Blood Flow. This article summarized a clinical study’s results, and noted that mindfulness meditation brings similar benefits.
“Hmm,” I joked on my neighbor’s Facebook post, “perhaps I should start a dark chocolate + mindfulness meditation class.”
“I would sign up in a New York minute!” she replied within sixty seconds.Then I saw a Facebook post by the owner of one of the studios where I teach. She was planning classes and workshops for the fall. Well, why not? I emailed her. And we’re on!
